Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting user research, interviews, and surveys to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and user flows for digital products and platforms.
- Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation.
- Participate in design critiques and iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing.
- Support the maintenance and evolution of design systems and guidelines.
Requirements
- Foundational understanding of UI/UX design principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, coupled with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to articulate design decisions and constructively receive feedback.
