Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design challenges.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to inform design decisions.
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven UI/UX experience, preferably within a software development environment.
- Demonstrable UI/UX design skills with a strong portfolio of projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, part-time capacity with international teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
