BARFER’S Wellfood is seeking a Mid-Senior UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and high-performing digital experiences across web, mobile, and subscription touchpoints.

BARFER’S Wellfood develops and produces premium dog and cat food based on the BARF principle, selling over 280 products through their online shop, stores in Berlin, Potsdam, and Hamburg, and selected B2B partners. BARFER’S mission is to ensure that every dog and cat is fed in a species-appropriate way!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end UI/UX process from research to polished interfaces.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to design impactful features.
• Conduct user research and testing to continuously improve the user journey.
• Establish and maintain a scalable design system for visual and functional consistency.
• Use data to refine the customer journey and optimize conversions.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in eCommerce, SaaS, or D2C.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes.
• Expert-level Figma skills.
• Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Experience with user research, testing, and analytics-informed design.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
