Job Overview
UKG SGHub is seeking a Product Manager to join their team in Singapore. This role is responsible for managing product development and strategy within the SGHub platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product roadmap for SGHub.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver innovative products.
- Gather and analyze market requirements and translate them into product specifications.
- Prioritize product features and backlog based on business value and customer needs.
- Launch new products and features, ensuring successful market adoption.
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and data.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience with IT products or software development is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
