Key Responsibilities

  • Process new business applications, policy renewals, and endorsements efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of service delivery and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in promptly resolving client inquiries and service requests related to underwriting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the insurance sector, preferably within underwriting support or service.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional accuracy in data handling and document management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant insurance software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A foundational understanding of general business insurance principles.
