Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group counseling to students on university admissions and career planning.
  • Guide students through the entire college application process, including essay writing and interview preparation.
  • Develop and implement engaging workshops and programs focused on career exploration and skill development.
  • Stay current with university admission requirements, scholarship opportunities, and educational trends globally.
  • Collaborate closely with faculty, parents, and school administration to ensure holistic student support.
  • Organize and facilitate college fairs, university visits, and informational sessions for the school community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in university or careers counseling, preferably within an independent school setting.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of domestic and international university admission processes and standardized testing.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population and engage with various stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
