Key Responsibilities

• Provide academic, career, and personal guidance to university students.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.

• Proven experience in student counseling, student affairs, or youth development.
• Thorough understanding of university policies, procedures, and student affairs best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse team.
• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) for effective communication within the university context.
