Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for client acquisition and engagement on Upwork and other freelance marketplaces.
- Manage and optimize company profiles, project proposals, and client communications across various platforms.
- Identify and research new opportunities, trends, and platform features to expand reach and lead generation.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure marketplace activities align with overall business objectives.
- Showcase Flex-Flow AI’s innovative custom AI workflow automation solutions to potential clients effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Upwork or Freelance Marketplace Specialist, with a track record of successful client acquisition.
- Strong understanding of various freelance platforms’ dynamics, algorithms, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasive proposal writing skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies for performance.
- Familiarity with AI, automation, or IT services consulting is highly advantageous.
