Key Responsibilities
- Process US payroll accurately and on time for multiple clients.
- Ensure strict compliance with all US federal and state payroll regulations.
- Manage employee data, including onboarding, changes, and terminations, within payroll systems.
- Reconcile payroll data, identify discrepancies, and implement timely resolutions.
- Assist in preparing payroll-related reports and supporting internal/external audits.
- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and tax matters.
Requirements
- Proven experience with US payroll processing and compliance.
- Proficiency in relevant payroll software and HRIS systems.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a remote team.
- A qualification at the intermediate (Associate’s Degree or equivalent) level is preferred.
