Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Translate user research findings into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for various digital products and platforms.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and evolving project requirements.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and usability best practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
• Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
