Key Responsibilities

• Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a User Researcher or similar role.
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate research findings effectively to diverse audiences.
• Experience in the e-learning or EdTech industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Computer Science).
