Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation, maintenance, and performance of all utility systems (HVAC, electrical, water, gas, etc.).
• Develop and implement strategies for energy efficiency, resource optimization, and cost reduction.
• Oversee utility infrastructure projects, from planning to execution, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Lead, mentor, and train a team of utility technicians and engineers to achieve operational excellence.
• Prepare detailed reports on utility consumption, costs, performance, and compliance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Environmental, or a related field).
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in utilities management or facilities services, preferably within a multi-site environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, water treatment, and energy management systems.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
