Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operation, maintenance, and performance of all utility systems (HVAC, electrical, water, gas, etc.).
- Develop and implement strategies for energy efficiency, resource optimization, and cost reduction.
- Oversee utility infrastructure projects, from planning to execution, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of utility technicians and engineers to achieve operational excellence.
- Prepare detailed reports on utility consumption, costs, performance, and compliance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Environmental, or a related field).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in utilities management or facilities services, preferably within a multi-site environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, water treatment, and energy management systems.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
