Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to identify user needs and behaviors.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Translate complex user requirements into simple, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and responsive across various devices.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, with at least 2 years in an Associate-level or similar capacity.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful UX/UI design projects and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with leading design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and rationale.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration.
