Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in banking, customer service, or a VDO-related role, preferably 10+ years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong Cambodian and English language proficiency.
  • Proficiency in digital banking platforms and comfortable with video communication tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
