Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service and assistance to guests across all attractions.
- Ensure the safety and proper use of equipment in karting, bowling, and laser tag areas.
- Assist with event setup, guest registration, and various operational tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the party center facilities.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly and courteously.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service or operations role, preferably in entertainment or events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
