Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage procurement processes in accordance with company guidelines.
- Support tender procedures and assist in contract negotiations.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare comprehensive procurement documentation and detailed reports.
- Contribute to the optimization of purchasing strategies and supplier relationships.
Requirements
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in German and English language skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of relevant legal frameworks pertaining to procurement is a plus.
