Key Responsibilities
- Build a multi-year business expansion blueprint for new product lines and markets.

- Mentor and guide country business heads and cross-functional leadership teams.
- Drive regional P&L delivery and lead the transition to scalable, profitable growth.
Requirements
- 18–25 years of experience in FMCG, consumer foods, or related industries.
- Demonstrated P&L ownership and leadership of multi-country operations.
- African market exposure is essential.
- Strong commercial instincts and the ability to balance operational detail and long-term strategy.
- MBA/PGDM preferred.
