Requirements

• Extensive proven experience (10+ years) in a senior leadership or Vice President role within the energy or infrastructure sectors, with significant experience in the Middle East.
• Demonstrated track record of driving substantial business growth and successfully managing complex operations.
• Profound understanding of integrated specialist services including mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and lifting capabilities.
• Exceptional strategic planning, financial acumen, and people leadership skills.
• Superior communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, capable of engaging at all levels.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding international environment.
