Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities and client segments across the US.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and initial contact to proposal development and contract negotiation.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform strategy and offerings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, culinary, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Demonstrated extensive experience in a senior business development or sales executive role, preferably within the hospitality, dining services, or facility management sector.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales goals and driving significant revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the contract food service and facility management landscape.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team.
