GI Properties is hiring a Video Editor to join their in-house production team in Dubai. This role focuses on transforming raw footage into high-volume, scroll-stopping short-form content for social media platforms to drive real estate leads.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit up to five short-form videos daily, including Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and property walkthroughs, ensuring sharp cuts and fast pacing.
- Apply creative post-production techniques such as kinetic typography, graphic overlays, seamless transitions, color correction, and sound design optimized for social media algorithms.
- Localize content for Arabic-speaking audiences by crafting engaging captions, syncing voiceovers, and tailoring visual messaging for the GCC region.
- Collaborate with marketing strategists, videographers, and social media teams to plan content hooks, storyboard concepts, and organize digital assets.
- Monitor and adapt to trending audio, viral video formats, and emerging post-production styles within the real estate industry.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating fast-paced, high-quality video editing, preferably in real estate or luxury lifestyle sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut Pro.
- Proven ability to maintain consistent quality while meeting high daily production targets of five videos.
- Must be currently based in Dubai and available to work on-site at the Sheikh Zayed Road office.
- Arabic language proficiency is required for content localization and voiceover syncing.
