Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising guidelines and strategies effectively.
- Arrange product displays, mannequins, and signage to maximize aesthetic appeal and drive sales.
- Ensure all displays are consistent with Massimo Dutti’s brand image and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor stock levels on the sales floor and coordinate with the sales team for replenishment.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual standards of the sales floor and displays.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends, competitor displays, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the fashion retail sector.
- Strong creativity, a keen eye for aesthetics, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks.
- Solid understanding of current fashion trends, display techniques, and store layout principles.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members.
