Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the SINSAY store team during assigned shifts.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience for all guests.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor sales performance, manage inventory, and ensure visual merchandising standards.
- Train, motivate, and mentor staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high service quality.

Requirements
