Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for technology and digital recruitment solutions.
- Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation and development to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure product success.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer insights to identify new opportunities.
- Mentor, manage, and grow a high-performing team of product managers.
- Drive innovation and ensure products meet the evolving needs of clients in the IT, TELCO, and Digital sectors.
Requirements
- Extensive proven experience in product management, with a focus on technology or recruitment solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a product team.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Track record of successfully defining, launching, and scaling innovative products.
- In-depth understanding of market dynamics and client requirements in the IT and digital space.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
