Key Responsibilities
- Lead and define the strategic direction for R&D engineering across the EMEA region.
- Drive innovation and technological advancements in power management products and solutions.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of product development from concept to market launch.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing and diverse engineering team.
- Collaborate with global leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- PhD or Doctorate in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Research & Development Engineering, preferably within the power management, electrical, or electronics manufacturing industries.
- Demonstrated success in driving innovation, product development, and strategic R&D initiatives.
- Strong business acumen with proven ability to manage complex projects and budgets.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and executive leadership skills.
- Experience managing multi-cultural and geographically dispersed teams across the EMEA region.
