Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential strategic acquisition targets and business opportunities.
- Lead and manage the negotiation processes for new ventures and property acquisitions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and investors.
- Conduct thorough market research and feasibility studies for expansion initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive proposals and present acquisition strategies to senior management.
- Ensure all acquisition activities align with company goals and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in strategic acquisitions, business development, or high-level sales roles.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess complex financial and market data.
- A strategic and proactive mindset for identifying and capitalizing on opportunities.
- Fluency in Czech and English is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
