Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent food and beverage service in the Al Majilis Service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, processing them efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously to all requests and inquiries.
- Adhere to all Jumeirah brand standards and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Waiter/ess, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-focused approach.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced dining environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
