Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent food and beverage service to guests by the pool and beach.
• Take orders accurately and promptly deliver items while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service areas and equipment.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to Jumeirah’s high service standards and operating procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen, bar, and other team members for smooth operations.
