Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding table service to guests at DUOMO, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, offering recommendations when appropriate.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, allergens, and daily specials.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and correct order delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of tables and dining areas before, during, and after service.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Waiter, preferably in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel environment.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards and etiquette.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tables.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
