Key Responsibilities
- Greeting guests and taking food and beverage orders.
- Checking for food allergies and explaining the food menus.
- Offering food substitutes if necessary.
- Verifying the age restrictions for alcohol orders.
- Relaying accurate food orders to the chefs.
- Ensuring service is reliable, fast and of high quality.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in luxury resorts or five-star hotels.
- Presentable and highly dedicated with a passion for quality service.
- Great team player willing to work flexible hours and on-call cases.
- Dynamic and able to adapt to challenging and multicultural working environment.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
