Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to provide courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service at all times, following Rixos Standards of Performance. The role requires flexibility to rotate within different sub-departments of the Food & Beverage Division or any other Department of the hotel as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service at all times.
  • Be flexible and adapt to rotate within different sub-departments.
  • Have a thorough understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu.
  • Provide high standard of quality and efficient / friendly service.
  • Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Maintain good working relationships with colleagues.

Requirements

  • Language Preferred: Russian.
  • Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality, fresher or 1year experience in 4-5 star hotel.
  • Ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives.
  • Ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
