Key Responsibilities
- Perform all necessary tasks to service food and beverage according to the hotel’s standards.
- Greet and seat customers, serving them in a professional, discreet, and personalized manner.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu to assist and advise guests.
- Consistently monitor the quality of food & beverage being served.
- Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints / queries satisfactorily.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and upkeep of all service equipment.
Requirements
- Ideally, have a diploma / degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage.
- Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a high-volume restaurant is preferred.
- Good command of English; additional skills like guest service and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Hands-on with a true passion for people and service along with a positive and pleasant attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a busy environment and stay calm under pressure.
