Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the strategic roadmap for PedidosYa’s digital wallet and financial products.
- Lead product development cycles from concept to launch, ensuring market fit and innovation.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and operations.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry best practices.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of wallet products to drive user adoption and engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience (10+ years) in digital payment solutions, fintech, or digital wallet management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (or Portuguese) is highly desirable for the Latin American market.
- Deep understanding of the Latin American market and consumer behavior in digital financial services.
