Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments; verify quantities and document discrepancies using standard receiving templates or handheld scanners.
  • Operate material-handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) to move, stage and put away goods to designated locations following WMS instructions.
  • Pick, pack and label orders accurately for dispatch; prepare shipments with correct documentation and palletising standards.
  • Perform routine inventory cycle counts and support stock reconciliations; record adjustments and escalate variances to supervisors.
  • Maintain warehouse housekeeping and safety standards; follow SOPs for hazardous materials, segregation, and spill response.
  • Support continuous improvement by reporting damaged goods, process bottlenecks and contributing to daily operational briefings.

Requirements

  • Minimum: basic secondary education; previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
  • Valid forklift license or certification is an advantage.
  • Ability to lift up to 25–30 kg, work on feet for long shifts and operate during rotating shifts as required.
  • Legal authorization to work in the UAE and willingness to work on-site at assigned warehouse locations.
  • Must-Have (Technical skills): Forklift operation, RF barcode scanning, Warehouse Management Systems, Goods receiving and inspection, Picking and packing, Inventory cycle counting.
