Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments: check quantities, condition, and update the WMS with accurate receipts.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders to meet daily SLAs, ensuring correct labelling and documentation for shipment.
  • Operate handheld RF scanners and other material‑handling equipment to move stock safely and efficiently.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliations; report and escalate discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain warehouse integrity: store goods using FIFO/FEFO principles, ensure clean/organized zones, and follow HSE procedures.
  • Support loading/unloading and collaborate with logistics, quality and dispatch teams to expedite priority orders.

Requirements

  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for receipts, putaway, picking and dispatch.
  • Proficiency with RF barcode scanners / handheld terminals.
  • Demonstrated order picking and packing accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Practical knowledge of inventory control processes and cycle counting procedures.
  • Ability to operate pallet jacks and other manual material handling equipment safely.
  • Familiarity with FIFO/FEFO stock rotation and basic goods inspection on receipt.
