Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency with customer satisfaction as the primary objective.
• Supervise and organize the team while establishing clear KPIs, performance goals, and operational routines.
• Develop and optimize warehouse systems including storage layout, product flow, stock rotation, gate processes, and equipment utilization.
• Oversee physical inventory counts and reconcile stock variances across 10–12 locations (Warehouses and Retail Stores).
• Process sales orders in the ERP system and generate Proforma invoices.
• Support the sales team with accurate product allocation and stock visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in sales operations, warehouse management, or supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory control, and logistics.
• Experience managing large SKU counts and fast-moving product assortments.
