Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products.
- Manage inventory control, ensuring accuracy and optimal stock levels using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Implement and maintain strict adherence to GxP and safety regulations within the warehouse.
- Coordinate with production, quality control, and logistics teams for smooth material flow.
- Lead and supervise a team of warehouse personnel, providing training and performance management.
- Optimize warehouse layouts and processes for maximum efficiency and space utilization.
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in warehouse operations, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of inventory management systems and best practices.
- Strong understanding of GxP, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
