Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching.
- Ensure accurate inventory control and conduct regular stock checks.
- Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layout and material handling procedures.
- Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and occupational health and safety standards.
- Coordinate with logistics and sales teams for timely order fulfillment and delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar management role within logistics or food industry.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of relevant health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management software and MS Office applications.
