Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory, and dispatch.

• Implement and enforce safety and security procedures in the warehouse.
• Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure productivity and performance.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for efficiency.
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and transport companies to manage workflow.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management procedures and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Physical stamina to be on feet for extended periods and lift moderately heavy items.
