Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements, including GMP standards.
- Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff, fostering a productive and safe working environment.
- Implement and optimize inventory control procedures to minimize waste and ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate logistics with internal departments and external partners for timely deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse facility.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within warehouse or logistics operations.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and warehouse best practices.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS).
