Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements, including GMP standards.
• Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff, fostering a productive and safe working environment.
• Implement and optimize inventory control procedures to minimize waste and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate logistics with internal departments and external partners for timely deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse facility.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within warehouse or logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and warehouse best practices.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS).
