Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement user-friendly web interfaces and applications.
- Design intuitive user experiences (UX) and engaging user interfaces (UI).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for speed and scalability.
- Maintain and update existing web platforms with new features and improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in web development and UI/UX.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Web Developer with a strong UI/UX focus (5+ years).
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
- Experience with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and understanding of responsive design principles.
- Solid understanding of web accessibility standards and cross-browser compatibility.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a creative eye.
- Ability to work independently and manage project timelines effectively in a remote setting.
- Must have a personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM, an i3/Ryzen 3 processor, and admin access.
- Reliable internet connection (25 MBPS) capable of sustaining long video calls.
