Requirements
- Proven experience as a Work Preparator or in a similar planning role.
- Strong understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling principles, ideally in Oil & Gas.
- Proficiency in relevant planning and scheduling software and tools.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for team collaboration.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently in a demanding environment.
