Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert consulting services on Workday solutions to clients.
- Lead and participate in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday modules.
- Analyze client business processes and provide solutions using Workday functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Stay updated with the latest Workday features and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Workday Consultant in implementation or optimization roles.
- Strong understanding of Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Financials, Payroll).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration).
- Fluency in English and Spanish is highly desirable due to location.
