Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client business requirements and translate them into Workday functional specifications.
- Configure and test Workday modules, ensuring alignment with client needs and best practices.
- Provide expert guidance on Workday functionality and design solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and data conversions.
- Support clients through all phases of Workday implementation and post-go-live support.
- Stay updated with Workday releases and new features to provide value-added insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Functional Analyst, preferably with Workday.
- Strong understanding of HR, Finance, or Payroll processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a client-facing consulting environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, HR).
- Proficiency in English; Albanian language skills are a plus.
