Key Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, and maintain Workday Absence modules, including leave types and policies.
- Manage and optimize Workday Time Tracking functionalities for accurate payroll and attendance.
- Provide expert support and troubleshooting for Workday Absence & Time Tracking issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations within Workday configurations.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Workday processes and configurations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Workday Specialist, particularly with Absence and Time Tracking modules.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical Workday solutions.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting within Workday.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams.
