Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement welfare programs for the workforce.

- Organize and oversee welfare activities and facilities for employees.
- Maintain records and reports related to workforce welfare initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a workforce welfare or related HR role.
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations in the UAE.
