Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily workshop operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in all services.
- Manage and mentor a team of automotive technicians, fostering a productive and skilled work environment.
- Oversee vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repair services for ICE, hybrid, and electric vehicles.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and quality standards.
- Coordinate closely with the customer service team to manage service appointments and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Monitor and manage the inventory of parts and tools, ensuring optimal stock levels for smooth operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Workshop Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the automotive industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive mechanics, diagnostics, and experience with ICE, hybrid, and EV technologies.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and train a team of technicians.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety in the workshop.
- Valid UAE driving license and proficiency in workshop management software.
