Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily workshop activities and personnel.
- Plan and implement maintenance schedules for all machinery and equipment.
- Ensure timely and high-quality repairs of agricultural and heavy equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inventory.
- Implement and enforce safety standards and procedures within the workshop.
- Train and mentor workshop technicians, fostering a skilled team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Workshop Supervisor or in a similar leadership role, preferably in agricultural machinery or heavy equipment.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Mechanical/Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
- Valid UAE driving license and proficiency in English.
