Job Overview

Workshop Technician is responsible to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the Farah Experiences Leisure Facilities in the Technical Services Rides Department. This position provides all of the necessary maintenance required for preserving and improving the physical functionality, safety and appearance of all workshop equipment, elevated work platforms, and other assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily checks, start-ups, and closing procedures on workshop equipment.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on all workshop equipment.
• Support annual rehab activities of the rides.
• Maintain and ensure that all equipment and the workplace are safe.
• Respond to and resolve downtime calls for workshop equipment and assets.
• Complete assigned tasks and preventive maintenance checklists on time.

Requirements

• Educated in a Technical School/Training Institute or related technical qualification.
• 2+ years’ of experience in maintenance, workshop, fabrication, and assembly.
• Basic English speaking/writing abilities.
• Expertise in at least one of the following fields: Electrical, Mechanical.
• Experience in reading drawings, schematic diagrams, and hydraulic diagrams.
• Knowledge of safe handling of tools and safety procedures.
