Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Zoho One Suite of applications.
- Configure and customize Zoho modules to meet business requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Zoho applications.
- Develop reports and dashboards within Zoho Analytics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho platform performance.
- Collaborate with various departments to integrate and streamline workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Zoho Administrator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Experience in the wellness or fitness industry is a plus.
