Is Getting a U.S. Green Card Without Family Sponsorship or a Job Offer Almost Impossible?

I am a 28-year-old professional from Morocco, currently working in the finance sector. I have a bachelor's degree, around five years of work experience, and some savings. I have always wanted to settle permanently in the United States, but the more I research immigration options, the more limited they seem.
I don't have any relatives in the U.S. who could sponsor me, and I haven't been able to secure a job offer from an American employer. I also don't have the financial resources for an EB-5 investment or the kind of extraordinary achievements associated with certain employment-based immigration categories.
I have looked into the Diversity Visa Lottery, but relying entirely on a random selection doesn't feel like a realistic long-term immigration plan.
It makes me wonder how ordinary professionals from other countries actually manage to obtain permanent residency in the United States.
Are there realistic Green Card pathways for people without family connections, U.S. employment sponsorship, or substantial investment capital? Has anyone managed to immigrate permanently from a similar situation?
